Still Life Flower Painting "Glad" by Colorado Artist Nancee Jean Busse, Painter of the American West

I belong to a local CSA, an organic cooperative farm in my community. Not only do we receive a share of delicious produce each week, we get flowers, too! These gorgeous, elegant gladiolas graced my home for just under a week. I had to paint them! I painted this still life in warm, summertime sunset colors.
