Contemporary Still Life Painting, Chess Game "What's Your Next Move" by Contemporary Realism Artist Carol A. McIntyre

"What's Your Next Move?" was painting #13 of a 30-day painting challenge.   Challenged to paint on a small canvas, I thought I would be creative with a few game symbols. What is your next move?   Could you see this little gem hanging near a game area in your house or someone else's?

When do You Quit?

Why am I asking, “When do you quit?” Recently, I have been captivated by Elizabeth Gilbert’s book “Big Magic,” where she talks about fear and living a creative life. (BTW, I highly recommend this book.)
